Can I skip the shipping costs and do local pick up?
Absolutely! Thank you for supporting a local business! Once your item is complete, we will send you an e-mail to let you know it’s ready for pick up! All instructions will be in the e-mail, please read it carefully. Local pick up is currently in Maple Ridge, BC (arrangements for Langley, BC and Vancouver, BC can be made, please select that option at check out). Please note that our digital designs are just that! You will be e-mailed your design.

Do I get to see a preview of my digital design(s)?
You absolutely do! If your design requires custom information, please see the questionnaire provided in the description. Please submit your questionnaire promptly. We will design your item based on the answers given. We will e-mail you your completed file, but up to three different changes can be made, free of charge, shall you wish. If an error is made on our behalf (information, spelling, etc.) this is NOT considered a change and we will gladly correct this. Please note that all spelling, information and designs must be checked by you before printing – we cannot be held responsible for printing costs where any of the above mistakes are made (this is why we offer previews and the three changes noted above).
How do I print the digital design(s) I ordered?
This is 100% up to you and we choose not to be affiliated with a printing company. However, we, personally, have many of our digital designs printed at Staples (we took our files to many local printing shops to test out quality, we wanted to use a shop that we could recommend to you, our customers, a shop that is in many cities/towns). Staples offers a range of paper to suite your needs. For example, we print our digital birthday milestone chalkboards on the matte black card stock that Staples provides (then we frame it). They also have white card stock if you’ve gone with the white background for your milestone board. These can be rolled up nicely and kept for years to come. We’ve also had our boards printed on their gorgeous foam core board (which is a great option if you wish not to use a frame)! We print our invitations on their white card stock, weighted 100 (same as signs and favor tags). We print our water bottle labels and food labels on card stock, weighted 60. When we send you a file (such as an invitation, sign, favor tag [6 per page], water bottle label [5 per page] and food label [2 per page], we compile as many as we can to an 8.5×11 inch file for ease of printing – you just cut and assemble). Staples will cut for you if you’d like! After downloading the file(s) we send you, we suggest putting it/them on a USB and taking it into Staples. Usually they can accommodate your requests promptly, however, if you’ve given yourself time, take your file(s) in early! Please feel free to ask us if you have any remaining questions!
What is your turn around time?
Due to the fact that many of our items are made to order, our turn around time varies greatly. Please expect approximately 3 weeks. It’s possible this wait will be longer at busier times of the year. If you are in a rush, kindly contact us through social media or our e-mail on the CONTACT US page! We know how excited you are to get your item(s) and we try to hustle on our end!
Do you have any items that are ready to ship?
How do I care for my WifeyCo. apparel?
Please wash your items inside out and it’s suggested that you hang to dry (a low tumble dry shouldn’t hurt – if you must)! We use a permanent grade of clothing vinyl. However, if over an extended period of time any corners begin to lift, simply lay parchment paper over top of the design and press it with an iron. It will look as good as new!

Do you offer free shipping and how long does shipping take?
Sometimes! Keep an eye out on our FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM pages for occasional promo codes. Shipping typically takes anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the method of shipping and location. We know how excited you are to get your item(s) and we try to hustle on our end!
How do I share photos with WifeyCo.?

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Due to the personal, custom nature of many of our items, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any digital designs. However, we strive to create designs that are no less than perfect and making our customers happy is extremely important to us. We also do not typically offer exchanges or refunds on our apparel items, as the majority are made to order. Please ensure you have answers to all of your questions prior to ordering! We’d LOVE to chat!
